Work Environment

You will work onsite at our rehabilitation facility, which features modern treatment rooms and dynamic therapy spaces facilitating individual and group therapies. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with a schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their individual goals and needs, forming the basis for personalized therapy plans.
  • Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour while delivering high-quality, focused care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will include individuals suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with patients to develop custom rehabilitation plans that are aimed at restoring their functionality and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active California state licensure as a Physical Therapist, with no current board actions or disciplinary issues.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and a solid understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
  • Proficiency in designing effective exercise programs that align with individual patient needs.
  • Experience using EMR software, specifically WebPT, for accurate documentation and data tracking.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
