Job description

The One-On-One Strength Training Partner volunteer will provide companionship andequipment assistanceto an independent adult member with Down Syndrome. The volunteer will accompany the member throughtheir strength training regimineand adjust the machine settingsasnecessary to comply with the member's personal fitness plan.

Schedule:

Volunteer will meet with the member on Wednesday evenings, preferably around 5pm. Exact schedule to be determined based on the needs of the member and volunteer availability.
