Job description

TNB-Fitness is Nashville’s only women’s strength training facility and a social enterprise supporting The New Beginnings Center. We specialize in individualized, barbell-based training in a highly coached, low-ratio environment.

We are seeking a Strength Coach to deliver high-level coaching to women of all ages- many over 40- focused on building strength, confidence, and long-term health.

Responsibilities

  • Coach individualized strength programs (squat, deadlift, bench, press)
  • Provide precise technical coaching and cueing
  • Build strong client relationships and a welcoming, empowering environment
  • Track progress and support basic nutrition & habit coaching
  • Uphold TNB-Fitness standards for professionalism and coaching excellence
  • Demonstrate dependability and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented coaching environment

Skills

  • 1-3+ years coaching experience (or strong technical background)
  • Solid understanding of barbell lifts and progressive overload
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for working with women and belief in strength as a life-changing tool

  • NCCA Accredited Certification

Pay & Growth

  • $22-$50/hour starting range

Entry-level: $22-$25

Intermediate: $26-$34

Advanced: $35-$50+
