POSITION SUMMARY
An Andretti Street Team Member is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Spread brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques.
  • Ability to use a point-of-sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.
  • Maintain safety standards.
  • Distribute posters, stickers, and flyers throughout local communities.
  • Convince consumers to visit location.
  • Offer exclusive giveaways, promotions, or trials of a company’s product
  • Care for all products and tools with the highest degree of attention.
  • Work both on and off-site events (i.e. special events, sports tournaments, partner appearances, festivals, etc.) to promote the Andretti Brand.
  • Responsible for installation, set-up, operation and breakdown of all interactive elements of mobile marketing vehicle at scheduled events.
  • Responsible for all operational needs and activation of the following elements while at events representing the Andretti Brand - handout premium items, facilitate on-site promotions, interact with fans and communicate general information.
  • Make sure vehicles are fully stocked with necessary items for each event and ensure vehicles are always kept clean.
  • Assist with organization and maintenance of the mobile unit.
  • Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication and proactive interactions with guests.
  • Assist Marketing Department in researching new events to attend.
  • Responsible for completing post-event wrap-up forms after every event.
  • Assist with other tasks on an as needed basis.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hard working, detail oriented and results driven.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Skills amp; Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
  • Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.
  • Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred but not required.
