What does a street team member do?

A typical day for a Street Team Member involves promoting an organization's brand or event by distributing promotional materials, engaging with the public, and gathering feedback in various community locations. Job description

Street Team Member - Atlético Dallas
Part-time position
Be Part of Dallas Soccer History.
About Atlético Dallas
Atlético Dallas is the city's newest professional soccer club, set to make its USL debut in 2027. But the journey starts now and we're taking the energy to the streets. From community festivals to local matches, block parties to big city events, our mission is to connect with fans, share our story, and build the excitement leading up to kickoff.
The Role
We're looking for dynamic, outgoing, and passionate people to join our Street Team, the frontline crew bringing Atlético Dallas to life across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Street Team Member, you'll represent the club at events, engage directly with fans, and help create unforgettable moments that build our community. If you thrive in high-energy environments and love the beautiful game, this is your chance to be part of something big from the ground up.
What You'll Do*
  • Bring the Energy - Engage fans at festivals, games, and local events with infectious enthusiasm.
  • Set the Stage - Assist with event setup, teardown, and creating an exciting club presence through booths, activations, and displays.
  • Be the Face of the Club - Promote season ticket memberships, share upcoming event details, and represent our brand with pride.
  • Get Fans Geared Up - Distribute promo items, answer questions, and help with merchandise sales and inventory when needed.
  • Tell Our Story - Educate fans about Atlético Dallas, our 2027 debut, and how they can be part of this history-making journey.

What We're Looking For
  • Confident, approachable communicators who can connect with people of all backgrounds
  • Passion for soccer (playing, watching, or just loving the culture)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor settings
  • Able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function
  • Flexible availability, nights, weekends, and occasional weekdays
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record as you may drive the "Wolf Wagon" (cargo van)

Perks of the Gig
  • Be part of building a pro soccer club from the ground up
  • Get behind-the-scenes access at team events and activations
  • Join a passionate, tight-knit crew of soccer fans and professionals
  • Gain hands-on sports marketing and live event experience in a major league atmosphere
  • $12.00 - $15.00 hourly pay range
  • Flexible work schedule

This is more than a job, it's a chance to say you were there from day one. If you've got the energy, the passion, and the drive to bring Atlético Dallas to the streets, we want to meet you.
Small Print
* This job description does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities. Other tasks and duties may be assigned as needed. You may also be working home game matched for the currently in season Dallas Trinity FC Team playing at the Historic Cotton Bowl
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
