What is a streamer?

Streamers are individuals who broadcast live video content, often through platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or Facebook Gaming. They typically engage with their audience in real time while playing video games, hosting talk shows, creating art, or sharing other activities. Streamers often build dedicated communities around their content and may earn income through subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, and advertisements. Being a successful streamer requires consistency, creativity, and strong communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a streamer?

To thrive as a Streamer, you need strong on-camera presence, content creation abilities, and a good understanding of audience engagement, often supported by basic video production knowledge. Familiarity with streaming platforms (like Twitch or YouTube), broadcasting software (such as OBS Studio), and reliable audio/video equipment is essential. Creativity, adaptability, and effective communication are standout soft skills for building and maintaining a loyal viewer community. Job description

Who We Are

Notorious Kicks LLC is a fast-scaling streetwear, sneakers and collectibles resale business built

on the power of live commerce. As one of the top sellers on Live streaming and e-commerce

which is quickly expanding .

From limited-edition rare streetwear drops, Jordan sneakers and collectible sports cards, we

specialize in curating hype products that buyers want — and delivering them through engaging,

high-energy live streams. With our new HQ designed specifically for streaming, shipping, and

inventory management, we’re ready to scale our team of livestream hosts to represent the

Notorious Kicks brand on camera.

The Role

We’re hiring Livestream Hosts to represent Notorious Kicks during our Whatnot shows. This

isn’t just about being on camera — it’s about driving real sales in real time, building trust with

our audience, and creating urgency that moves product.

Think of this role as sales-meets-entertainment: your job is to engage streetwear and sneakers

enthusiasts, showcase product authentically, and close sales with energy and credibility. You’ll

be a face of The Notorious Kicks during streams — and your performance directly impacts

conversion, cart adds, and overall sales volume.

This role requires charisma, consistency, and the ability to maintain hype across multiple shows

each week. For the right person, it’s a unique opportunity to grow with a business that’s defining

the next era of commerce through streetwear and sneakers resale through livestreaming across

multiple platoforms.

Responsibilities

• Host live Whatnot shows featuring sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles, with a strong

focus on driving measurable sales.

• Build excitement and trust with audiences, delivering authentic and persuasive product

pitches.

• Maintain energy, engagement, and professionalism throughout live sessions.

• Answer buyer questions in real time to encourage conversion.

• Collaborate with the Notorious Kicks team to prepare inventory, set pricing, and plan

product features.

• Review stream performance and continuously refine presentation style to improve results.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture (Jordan, Supreme,Streetwear

Brands, Travis Scott, Yeezy, BAPE, etc. a plus).

• Charismatic and confident on camera with the ability to keep audiences engaged for

extended periods.

• Sales-oriented mindset with comfort in a quota-driven environment.

• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured streaming schedules.

• Prior experience in live-streaming, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.

Compensation

This is a contract role, with hourly compensation plus performance incentives based on sales

metrics.

• Hourly range: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

• Perks: employee discounts, flexible schedule, and potential for long-term growth within

Notorious Kicks.
