A day inthe life...

As a Strategy Associate, you will support the development of strategic projects across the Enterprise Strategy group's key focus areas: functional support (e.g., merchandise, marketing, supply chain), business unit support (e.g., Nordstrom.com, Nordstrom Rack, NordstromRack.com/HauteLook.com), scaled events (e.g., Anniversary and Holiday) and internal growth initiatives (e.g., key market acceleration, acquisition, geographic expansion).

  • Manage project inputs simultaneously from start to finish in a rapidly changing environment

  • Develop compelling insights through creation and maintenance of complex models

  • Conduct primary and secondary research

  • Support the development of materials that effectively communicate insights and recommendations

  • Build credibility with business partners to gain support for analysis and recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including key functions and business unit
