  • Support the development of strategic projects across Enterprise Strategy focus areas, including functional support, business unit support, scaled events, and internal growth initiatives
  • Manage project inputs simultaneously from start to finish in a rapidly changing environment
  • Develop compelling insights through creation and maintenance of complex models
  • Conduct primary and secondary research
  • Support development of materials communicating insights and recommendations
  • Build credibility with business partners to gain support for analysis and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including key functions and business units
Requirements
  • 2+ years with a leading management consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte) or experience in retail strategy required
  • Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
