What you'll do
  • The Strategic Manager - Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives will lead high-impact projects that support growth, transformation, performance improvement, and strategic execution across Henkel ACA.
  • This role will provide project leadership for cross-functional initiatives such as PLRs, transformation programs, new technology, process improvement, BI/reporting, change management, and selected M&A-related work.
  • Working closely with senior leaders and functional teams, this individual will bring structure, governance, and accountability to complex initiatives, helping translate business priorities into clear plans, execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects tied to Henkel ACA strategy, transformation, growth, and performance priorities.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear project plans, timelines, owners, milestones, and success measures.
  • Support transformation, PLR/category, commercial, technology, BI/reporting, process improvement, and change initiatives.
  • Coordinate inputs across key functions, including Commercial, Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other teams.
  • Establish project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and escalation paths.
  • Track progress, dependencies, adoption, benefits, and business outcomes.
  • Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
  • Facilitate alignment across senior leaders, project sponsors, and functional teams.
  • Support selected M&A, integration, partnership, or growth-related initiatives as needed.
What makes you a good fit
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, project management, commercial operations, category management, BI/analytics, finance, change management, or related roles.
  • Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting transformation, PLR/category, commercial, technology, BI/reporting, process improvement, change management, or enterprise-wide projects.
  • Exposure to M&A, integration, corporate development, or strategic growth initiatives is an asset.
  • Strong project management discipline, including planning, governance, risk management, executive reporting, and benefits tracking.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to support business cases, evaluate opportunities, and track outcomes.
  • Ability to structure complex or ambiguous priorities into clear plans and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong change management mindset, with focus on adoption and sustainable impact.
  • Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
  • PMP certification preferred; demonstrated project management proficiency required.
  • Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing, distribution, building materials, or similar sectors is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $105,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
