About Natural WirelessNatural Wireless partners with leading institutional owners, developers, and property management firms to deploy building-wide managed Internet infrastructure that enhances resident experience, supports modern building operations, and increases asset value.Position OverviewNatural Wireless is seeking a New York City-based Business Development Manager to drive MDU expansion throughout NYC and the surrounding tri-state market.
This role focuses on securing building-wide access agreements, targeting new construction and conversion projects, expanding relationships with owners and management companies, and positioning Natural Wireless as the premier provider of resilient property-wide Internet infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has strong relationships within NYC multifamily real estate, understands institutional ownership structures, and is comfortable navigating complex sales cycles involving developers, ownership groups, property managers, engineers, and construction teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner & Developer Acquisition
  • Identify and target multifamily owners, developers, and property management firms
  • Secure building-wide access agreements and bulk Internet partnerships
  • Negotiate long-term license agreements
  • Develop relationships with institutional ownership groups and family offices
New Construction Strategy
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, MEP engineers, and construction managers
  • Position Natural Wireless early in the development and design process
  • Present Property-Wide Internet and WiFi as a premium amenity and leasing differentiator
  • Coordinate with deployment and engineering teams on project feasibility
Retrofit & Conversion Opportunities
  • Identify existing multifamily and mixed-use buildings
