Strategic Partnerships Manager

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Whether it's hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers - so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

Why this job's a big deal:

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you're at the heart of driving the company's future growth in the ultra-competitive B2B travel sector. This role is a unique opportunity to make a direct, visible impact on revenue by acquiring high-value partnerships and expanding the company's footprint among key industry players.

You'll serve as a trusted representative of the brand, shaping how it's perceived among partners, customers, and competitors alike. This position puts you at the crossroads of strategy and execution, giving you a stake in shaping product direction, customer experience, and go-to-market plans-while also delivering real, measurable results.

What makes the role truly compelling is the level of responsibility and cross-functional influence: you'll manage the full business development cycle, from first contact through onboarding, integration, and long-term partnership growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and lead major commercial deals. Leveraging your industry insights, analytical skills, and creativity, you'll solve complex challenges, capture new opportunities, and ensure ongoing value for both new and existing partners in a fast-moving environment.

In this role you will get to:

  • Work alongside Senior Management on a portfolio of high-value partnerships, developing and maintaining key partnership relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and managing legal contractual and renewal requirements.

  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with both existing and new high-value partners in the travel sector to strengthen the company's market position and grow your professional network.

  • Drive regional sales growth by managing the entire business development lifecycle-prospecting new accounts, onboarding partners, and continually developing established accounts for long-term success.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams spanning product, customer service, finance, and marketing, giving you broad exposure and influence within the organization.

  • Ensure all partners (new and existing) experience ongoing support, addressing their evolving needs and driving exceptional Partner satisfaction which directly influences KPI's.

  • Use your analytical and negotiation skills to solve commercial challenges and craft tailored solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Maintain responsibility over your portfolio and activities, planning and prioritizing sales efforts to meet deadlines, deliver results and exceed growth targets.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any relevant field preferably in Business, Marketing, or Technology.

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in business, marketing, technology or project management.

  • You have a deep understanding of the travel, hospitality, or bed bank landscape, leveraging a strong professional network. Your strategic mindset helps you spot commercial opportunities ahead of the curve.

  • Bonus: Experience in the corporate travel sector is a plus.

  • You enjoy championing your organization's brand and can connect with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You're equally comfortable leading complex deal negotiations, problem-solving in real time, or collaborating cross-functionally with product, customer service, finance, and marketing teams to develop solutions that deliver real value.

  • Analytically minded and highly organized, you expertly prioritize and juggle multiple projects within fast-paced environments, always meeting deadlines and delivering results. Above all, you're a proactive team player recognized for your integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
