WhatYou'll Do

As a Senior Researcher, you will bridge the gap between primary fieldwork and market analysis to drive actionable project insights. In this role, you will lead high-level qualitative and quantitative in-depth interviews (IDIs) with industry experts and competitors across multiple concurrent projects, supporting the team through rigorous primary and secondary data gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured and unstructured B2B interviews (primarily via telephone) with high-level industry participants and competitors.
  • Execute primary and secondary research to deliver actionable market intelligence and customer insights across key target industries.
  • Summarize qualitative findings, code open-ended responses, tabulate data, and build client-ready presentation decks with strict data accuracy.
  • Use internal AItools,to support research synthesis, content development, and workflow efficiency, while applying sound judgment and validating outputs.
  • Participate in client meetings to share key findings andcontribute to strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+yearsofexperience working in a professional business environment, preferably in a research or data collection role
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Word,Exceland PowerPoint
  • Comfortable placing and receiving phone calls

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Exact compensation isdeterminedbased upon qualifications, experience, and location.Senior Researchersare also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.
