ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing profitability.
  • Assist in providing guidance and coaching to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance customer service, build customer loyalty, and create a welcoming shopping environment.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records, oversee inventory management processes, and assist in placing orders to meet customer demand.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring proper product placement, appealing displays, and compliance with visual standards.
