The Manager of Strategy will work in partnership with the Vice President of Strategy to support executive leadership with strategic priorities, and project manage strategic initiatives, growth, and other special projects. The Manager of Strategy will approach the work with a cross-functional (department, organization, and community) mindset and will assume primary responsibility for select projects and initiatives as directed. The Manager of Strategy will be a trusted advisor to the executive leadership and work with confidential and sensitive information. This position will be a member of the Leadership Council.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution. They are skilled at translating data, research, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable strategies that align with organizational goals. They thrive in environments that require critical thinking, creativity, and agility-and are energized by opportunities to solve problems, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. A natural collaborator and trusted thought partner, they build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, communicate with clarity and confidence, and know how to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in business management and at least five years of professional experience in strategic planning, project management, or facilitating organizational change. A master's degree and/or PMP certification is preferred.
