  • Own and drive product strategy with a primary emphasis on vehicles and solutions, while continuously considering how decisions impact and are impacted by the full flywheel (the interconnected ecosystem of products, customers, and revenue streams).
  • Collaborate closely with IT leadership to align on resourcing and technical capabilities needed to unlock platform retention and long-term platform health.
  • Enable and support team members in leading and creating solutions that improve team efficiency and directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify and unlock AI potential across the platform, championing new applications that create business and customer value.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong grasp of business strategy (not purely technical/engineering-focused PM experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to think holistically about a product ecosystem while executing on specific priorities
  • Experience partnering with IT/engineering leadership to align business needs with technical resourcing
  • Strong people leadership skills - able to coach, empower, and unblock team members
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for identifying practical applications within a platform
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
  • 5+ years prior experience within the Ford Pro ecosystem
  • Knowledge of fleet/commercial vehicle industry or adjacent industries preferred
  • Knowledge of Ford structure and processes, with experience cross-functionally with marketing and sales, finance, or product development
