The Opportunity

In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and coordination of Adobe's global affiliate program. We are excited to welcome a candidate experienced in building and scaling affiliate programs within of full-funnel, integrated media strategies. This role will help shape Adobe's position in a rapidly evolving generative engine optimization (GEO) landscape.

Reporting to the practice lead for demand creation paid media in AMER, this role collaborates with Adobe's marketing teams worldwide.

What you'll do

Help us build the content marketing machine of tomorrow, dedicated to reaching potential and current customers within native environments. The position involves developing exciting content strategies that elevate visibility, especially in GEO environments, vs. scaling credit card rewards and couponing programs.

  • Own agency oversight and financial planning, partner communications, content velocity, and performance measurement.
  • Represent affiliate in Adobe's cross-functional AI Search operating model that aligns Affiliate, SEM, SEO, and emerging paid AI channels
  • Partner with GEO analytics teams to measure and optimize citation visibility by LLM platform, connecting affiliate content to AI search outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the affiliate practice, including integration into broader top-of-funnel strategies and areas for program expansion and experimentation.
  • Translate key promotions, launches, and AI search topic priorities into editorial content briefs.
  • Drive affiliate technical workstreams including new attribution measurement opportunities.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in brand and performance media strategy. More than 4 years dedicated to affiliate marketing or partner program management. Includes hands-on work within network platforms like Partnerize or PepperJam.
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex, multi-channel programs end-to-end, from briefing through to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Well-versed in demand creation media strategies and ready to roll up your sleeves on broader channel initiatives outside affiliate when the team needs it.
  • Experience with sponsored editorial content and content-led performance programs - you understand what makes a placement durable and discoverable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate program complexity into clear, concise updates for leadership.
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking mechanics, including last-touch attribution, click-less and view-through performance, and commission structures.
  • Familiarity with GEO, AI citation tracking, or how editorial content surfaces in LLM-generated answers is a strong plus.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
