  • Proactively surface risks, frame trade-offs with clarity, and make decisive calls that keep projects on schedule and strategy on course.
  • Continuously evaluate and strengthen innovation and growth processes to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cross-functional effectiveness.
  • Apply rigorous analytical thinking to identify, size, and sequence growth opportunities and risks across the innovation portfolio, taking data to insight to action.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and activate renovation and cost optimization opportunities that strengthen margin without compromising brand equity.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end innovation, from consumer insight and ideation through stage gate to commercial launch. Ideal candidate will have lead this innovation in a CPG company, both large and small/emerging.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional project teams of varying scale and complexity from kickoff through completion.
  • 5+ years of progressive CPG experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, with comfort operating in both high-growth emerging and scaled organizational environments.
  • Deep cross-functional experience partnering with R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to design and deliver integrated innovation programs.

  • Confident, compelling presenter with a track record of influencing and aligning senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
