Vice President of Technology, Blockchain/Crypto/NFT, Mandarin Language Required, Bellevue, WA

We have an exciting Vice President of Technology opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help grow an international crypto company entering the U.S. market. Looking for a technology leader to build and manage a team of U.S.-based Front-End and Back-End Engineers. Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must. This position will offer the potential to grow into a CTO title in the future. This position requires experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries. This position is Hybrid for the first month then 100% Onsite.

Vice President of Technology Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and manage a team of Front-End and Back-End Engineers.
  • Coordinate with technology team overseas.
  • Lead Software Engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Lead development of company's product platform.
  • Ensure enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices.
  • Maintain a team-oriented environment.

Vice President of Technology Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of many of the following technologies: PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, Git, Ajax, Angular, Vue, React, Svelte, and JSON.
  • Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must.
  • Experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries is a must.
  • Experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
  • Experience hiring, training and managing front-end and back-end software engineers.
