As a member of ourContinuous Improvementteam,the Senior Manager, Strategy will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improveour businessbyshaping the direction of our strategy, Performing structured analysis, anddeploying new programs, processes,andtechnologiesacross our business. This role combines elements of strategy, project management,andtechnology to make a real impactanddrive change across a Fortune 130business!

Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives thatshape the direction of Lennar’s business.

• Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses.

• Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing business implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.

• Buildexecutive ready project deliverables.

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from data to drive understanding and decision-making.

• Lead teams through complex, high-impact projects at a national scale.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks.

• Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations).

• Sound and structured thinking, with an ability to analyze, problem solve, and turn ambiguous pain points into structured problem statements with hypotheses for solutions and next steps.

• Empathetic to the needs and contexts of different teams, while understanding what is needed to drive results.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred.

• 4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
