Starting in month 7, based on performance and meeting your goals for the first 6 months, you will be eligible for base compensation. Sell our innovative RaaSS model, offering businesses a cost-effective, subscription-based recruitment solution. Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong, lasting client relationships. Identify and engage decision-makers in Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profits, and other sectors.
Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, positioning destinationone as the go-to recruitment solution. Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential. Continuously collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
The Business Development Manager is expected to bring in a minimum of 36 new accounts per year, with a focus on driving consistent growth year over year. Requirements Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential. Experience in sales within staffing, service industry or consulting is an asset.
