How you'll make an impact

As Manager, you will be responsible for helping the strategic function execute in its duties ranging from strategic planning process, providing actionable market intelligence and overseeing alignment of corporate resources with strategic plans


Essential Responsibilities 

  • Help create and maintain strategic initiatives and plans for GB and organizing reviews against these plans
  • Formulate strategic communications to senior leadership and key external stakeholders
  • Support development of corporate vision and strategies
  • Provide analytical support to the developing/reviewing/documenting and challenging of business and corporate strategies.
  • Provide actionable market and competitive intelligence to inform the process, serving as a source of thought leadership and innovative ideas, and overseeing alignment of corporate resources with strategic plans
  • Maintain up-to-date view of market conditions and competitive environment
  • Prepare for strategic offsite and other events with collateral that will help advance the company’s strategic agenda
  • Provide analytical capacity for key initiatives

Required

  • Exceptional quantitative problem solving skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years’ experience with quantitative analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic credentials
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Less than 20% travel

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field; 2 years of relevant work experience in a business strategy or consulting role. Strong Excel skills (performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis.)

Strong PowerPoint skills (drafting and developing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations).
