We are seeking a motivated and curious Technical Client Partner and strategic consultant to join our Technical Solutions team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our most important client relationships and acting as a vital bridge between our clients' business needs and our advanced engineering and analytics teams, ensuring the solutions we build deliver real-world value.

As a strategic advisor, you will help shape AI, measurement, and advanced analytics strategies while selling through impactful solutions to address clients' varied needs. Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Client Partnership

  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for a portfolio of technology clients, managing requests and communications under the guidance of senior team members
  • Partner with growth leads and senior account leads to pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Lead and support the creation of compelling presentations, proposals, and statements of work that articulate the business value of our technical solutions
  • Facilitate key client meetings, including planning sessions and business reviews, preparing materials and documenting outcomes


Emerging Technology Strategy

  • Work with senior practice leads to develop AI, measurement, and advanced analytics strategies and roadmaps
  • Assist in the identification and prioritization of commercial use cases through the translation of business challenges into actionable opportunities
  • Support the facilitation of strategy workshops to drive ideation, use case discovery, and prioritization of solutions offered by Noise
  • Align AI strategy with underlying data capabilities and enterprise architecture
  • Advise on adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI) at a strategic level


Technical Solutioning & Translation

  • Translate client business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications for engineering and analytics teams
  • Prepare presentations that effectively communicate strategic and analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
  • Bridge the communication gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Advise clients on the application of Noise's technology offerings, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform, Google Marketing Platform, and AI/ML solutions


Team & Agency Contribution

  • Contribute to research on relevant industry and technology trends to inform the team's strategic direction
  • Support the development and refinement of the technology division's service delivery processes and best practices


Who We're Looking For

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a technology company, digital agency, or consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytics and technical concepts into tangible business value
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives, with confidence presenting strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle, including awareness of how models are developed, deployed, and maintained
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to a sales process, including building presentations, writing proposals, and presenting to clients
  • Foundational understanding of cloud computing principles, data analytics, and/or the marketing technology landscape
  • Familiarity with account and project financials, including budgets and scope management
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience working with clients in verticals such as Travel & Tourism, Utilities, Retail, Financial Services, or CPG
