Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant / Associate Director to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in being a vital leader on a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting and leading initiative teams in driving improvements for our clients through data analytics and operational process improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of healthcare strategies and operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to business growth efforts.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Educational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Skills and Competencies
  • Experienced consultant leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for our healthcare clients
  • Designer and lead executor of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on method and execution, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
