Location: This role requires associates to be in-office1 - 2days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. ThePeople Strategy Partner (PSP) is responsible for serving as a strategic HR advisor supportingthe Operations organization within theHealth Benefits organization. This role partners with business leaders to develop and execute insight-driven human capital strategies that enable business performance, organizational transformation, and a strong culture. The PSP translates business priorities into measurable workforce plans that align with enterprise strategy, operational goals, and organizational standards.

How Will You Make an Impact:

  • Provide strategic consultation and partnership in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.

  • Support leaders across theHealth Benefits Operations organizationby translating business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans.

  • Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and business insights to inform decision-making and develop compelling recommendations for executive and operational leaders.

  • Partner with HR Enablement Partners and Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges and implement enterprise solutions that support business needs.

  • Coach leaders through organizational change, helping drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes.

  • Develop workforce and talent strategies that enable operational excellence, support large-scale implementations, and strengthen organizational capability.

  • Operate within enterprise governance frameworks, identifying and escalating complex, novel, or high-risk issues as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience in Human Resources including a minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR or equivalent role and 2 years leading strategic workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience supporting operational, implementation, or large-scale business functions is preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $125,040 to $187,560
