Summary

Responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy, delivering advanced business analytics, and leading cross-functional initiatives that accelerate profitable growth. The role combines strategic planning, financial and commercial analysis, customer engagement, pricing strategy, executive communications, and program leadership. Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, and executive leadership, the Manager transforms complex data into actionable insights that improve revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and competitive positioning.

Detailed Description
  • Develop commercial growth strategies, market-entry plans, and account expansion initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead market, customer, competitor, and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities, pricing optimization, and portfolio improvements.
  • Create executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and business performance reviews using BI and financial tools.
  • Partner with Sales on pricing strategies, customer proposals, contract business cases, and commercial negotiations.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, executive steering committees, and Board-level presentations with compelling, data-driven storytelling.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial programs, coordinating Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Engineering, and Sales to meet milestones.
  • Monitor revenue, margin, pipeline health, backlog, inventory exposure, and profitability; recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Develop ROI models, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
  • Strategic planning, commercial management, and business case development.
  • Advanced financial modeling, pricing analytics, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Expert PowerPoint storytelling and executive communication.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization capabilities.

Salary

The stated range includes Base Salary 

Annual salary - $123k-169k
