DCSA Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics SME)
Work Location: Quantico, VA; Fort Meade, MD; Boyers, PA; Stafford, VA, with telework flexibility
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Summary
C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics SME) to provide advanced analytical and subject matter expertise in workforce planning, human capital analytics, and organizational assessment.
This position will support enterprise workforce transformation initiatives through strategic workforce analysis, competency assessments, workforce reporting, employee survey analysis, benchmarking, and executive-level decision support.
Responsibilities
  • Support development and maintenance of strategic workforce planning documentation and analysis.
  • Assist with workforce and competency gap assessments.
  • Develop workforce data reports and analytical visualizations.
  • Support analysis of employee surveys, including FEVS, exit, and onboarding surveys.
  • Contribute to workforce shaping and succession planning activities.
  • Support development of executive-level briefings and decision documents.
  • Conduct benchmarking across Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and other federal agencies.
  • Analyze workforce information to support strategic planning and organizational decision-making.
  • Assist in identifying workforce trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support enterprise workforce transformation and human capital analytics initiatives.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Experience applying industrial-organizational psychology principles in workforce or organizational settings.
  • Experience conducting workforce analysis and reporting.
  • Experience supporting strategic workforce planning and data interpretation.
  • Federal HR or Department of Defense workforce experience preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and workforce dashboards preferred.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
