Job description

Provide leadership, direction and management of the sales team. Maintain a high level of production of residential sales. Assist in the coordination of sales efforts including promotions and telemarketing. Support management, corporate office and personnel on residential sales and possible upgrades or cross-sales. Support and management of evaluation of the work team. Ensure the residential sales team follow work schedules and plans. Have good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Review all contracts so that they are correct under the company's rules. Constantly seeking out and participate in opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase retention and new sales. Conduct team reviews and be responsible for personal and career development of team members.
