Position Summary
The Sales Executive, Special Risk is responsible for developing and managing a profitable book of business, primarily focused on educational institutions and student-related programs. This role drives growth through consultative selling, deep exposure analysis, and the delivery of tailored insurance and risk management solutions. The position combines strategic relationship development with hands-on sales execution, supporting organizational growth while serving as a subject matter expert within the Special Risk practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Leadership & Ownership
โ€ข Own development of a Special Risk book of business within education and related sectors.
โ€ข Act as subject matter expert in specialized education-related risk solutions.
โ€ข Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategy and solutions.
Hands-On Execution & Delivery
โ€ข Prospect and develop new clients across schools, colleges, and student programs.
โ€ข Conduct discovery meetings and design tailored insurance programs.
โ€ข Maintain active pipeline and achieve revenue goals.
Reporting, Quality & Operational Support
โ€ข Maintain CRM documentation and accurate tracking of opportunities.
โ€ข Ensure quality and consistency in proposals and deliverables.
