What do our Strategic Account Support Managers do?

Strategic Account Support Manager provides an analytic framework and support to proactively identify issues impacting our customers’ service experience and opportunities to grow business through product and service adds.

Responsilbe for but not limited to;

  • Provides analytics to support profitable growth
  • Responsible for the evaluation of data to proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes through the introduction of relevant products and services and process improvements
  • Responsible to support sales growth
  • Responsible to support customer retention
  • Evaluating analytics to present “story” to introduce new solutions
  • Creating and implementing a project plan to guide large strategic initiatives
  • Creating monthly scoreboard to track results by colleague to improve outcomes
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers on large strategic customer initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of Data Analysis or in roles requiring an equivalent knowledge and delivery
  • Proven ability to develop strong strategic working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on all business-related decisions.
  • Strong abilities in root cause analysis of large amounts of data to ideate and create
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently setting own priorities and objectives with leadership support.
  • Skilled at focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, identifying next steps, and effectively meeting deadlines and achieving desired results.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Base Pay RangeYearly: $47,000.00 - $76,000.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
