Summary
 
The Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution post-deal closure, ensuring seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability across assigned programs. This role requires strong leadership, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of project governance and stakeholder management. The Program Manager acts as the single point of contact for the customer, driving results through structured communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution following deal closure, ensuring successful delivery against objectives.
  • Direct, lead, and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, holding members accountable for results within the agreed project governance structure.
  • Maintain shared responsibility for customer relationships alongside Account Managers.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of project team members.
  • Serve as the single operational contact for customers, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Act as the customer advocate and champion within the organization.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and overall program profitability.
  • Define and organize all customer communications, ensuring transparency and alignment on milestones.
  • Conduct “lessons learned” reviews and oversee project decommissioning at the close of contractual activities.
  • Ensure effective internal and external governance processes are in place.
  • Maintain alignment among internal stakeholders and develop a comprehensive project tracker or plan.
  • Capture and manage meeting minutes, action items, and progress updates.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years in program or project management with cross-functional leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across different functional areas.
  • Familiarity with structured project governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to implement and track KPIs to measure project performance and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to guide diverse teams toward common goals through effective communication, trust-building, and accountability.
  • Capable of setting realistic yet ambitious objectives, prioritizing activities, and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
