Here's what we expect from our DayBlink GPO Strategic Project Managers:

  • Project management of  procurement and onboarding of over 100+ key supplier relationships

  • Oversee purchasing data for our hotel clients, ensuring insights into spend efficiency and supplier preferences

  • Reconcile reservations from distribution partners to maintain accuracy in reporting and financial tracking

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our central purchasing technology platform

  • Drive the onboarding and supplier management of new key member hotels

  • Develop dashboards that visualize KPIs governing hotel performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to create executive-facing presentations that translate data insights into strategic decisions.

  • Flex across multiple business segments in support of high growth company initiatives

  • Contribute to project teams as an active member, with an emphasis on creating high-quality deliverable

  • Prepare and present clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and other documents in an engaging and effective manner as required

  • Articulate recommendations to senior client executives and senior management

  • Establish and maintain your personal brand identity in a particular industry, skill set or knowledge base

  • Ability to build dashboards and work with visualization tools

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills

  • Proven work ethic and comfort with significant workload

  • Ability to travel  when deemed essential

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have:

  • Track record of excellence (promoted early, recognized for their achievements, and can provide quality samples of past work)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or other relevant data management tools

  • Familiarity with GPO purchasing models or supplier marketplaces in hospitality procurement.

  • Consulting experience or ability to communicate complex findings to leadership in a structured, actionable manner.
