A Day in the Life of the

This is a fully remote role with nationwide eligibility; candidates must reside in a state where the company is authorized to hire.

The Manager of Strategic Programs is responsible for leading highimpact seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns that accelerate revenue growth. This role partners closely with Paid Media, Marketing Operations, Brand/Creative, Finance, Sales, and Analytics to ensure fully integrated campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition and strengthen market penetration. This position serves as the primary owner of the organization's major commercial moments-such as annual kickoffs, BacktoSchool, Cyber season, and key moverfocused campaigns-ensuring these initiatives are strategically planned, flawlessly executed, and aligned with broader business objectives.

  • Own annual promotional development for core growth initiatives including Back-to-School, Cyber, and Flash campaigns using competitive tools and data-driven tools to drive results.

  • Develop campaign briefsincluding:offer strategy, audience targeting, messaging pillars, channel mix recommendations (in partnership with Paid Media).

  • Align promotions with revenue and margin targets.

  • Work with Paid Media teams to translate campaign strategy into channel-level execution

  • Align spend levels with expected lift.

  • Coordinate escalations and retargeting efforts.

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure on-time asset deployment.

  • Work with Marketing Ops to ensure campaign timing and messaging are synchronized across all channels.

  • Collaborate with Brand/Creative tomaintainconsistency and urgency messaging.

  • EnsureGo-To-Market team is aligned for seamless execution.

  • Partner withPricingand Promotions team and Finance on promotional economics and revenue forecasting.

  • Work with Sales leaders to align on field push and market readiness.

  • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization for future cycles.

  • Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects ofAstound'sInclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5-8+ years managing paid media in telecom, subscription, or high-volume acquisition businesses.

  • 3+ years with testing in paid media or digital marketing.

  • 3+ years working in a competitive environment and/or with a challenger brand.

  • Experience managing $10M+ performance budgets preferred.

  • Prior experience with CRM and DMP platforms, as well as digital advertising tools, is preferred.

  • ExperienceleveragingAI tools to automate or enhance analytical workflows is preferred.

  • Experience inagencyor telecommunicationsenvironmentsis a plus.

  • Expertiseleading full-funnel marketing efforts and strategy.

  • Proven ability to scale acquisition efficiently.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalentrequired.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.Majorin Marketing, Digital Marketing,Communications,orrelated fields.

  • MBA, advanced degree, ordigital certificationis a plus.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000 plus opportunities for benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
