Supply Chain Outsourcing Program Manager


Location: Mason, Michigan


Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote).


What You'll Do

Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization in its search for a Supply Chain Outsourcing Program Manager. This newly created role will lead the development and execution of the organization's outsourced finished goods strategy, establishing scalable processes and a standardized approach to supplier management across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional leaders to build a global vendor network, influence organizational adoption, and drive long-term supply chain transformation through strategic outsourcing initiatives.


Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of a formal outsourced finished goods strategy across the organization.

· Build scalable processes, governance models, and supplier management frameworks to support a standardized outsourcing program.

· Develop and optimize a global vendor network while evaluating suppliers and sourcing opportunities.

· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate outsourcing activities and drive enterprise-wide adoption of a strategic outsourcing model.

· Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and support supply chain transformation through strategic outsourcing decisions.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required.

· Strong supply chain leadership experience with outsourced manufacturing, contract manufacturing, outsourced finished goods, supplier management, or global sourcing.

· Experience creating and implementing outsourcing programs or supply chain strategies from the ground up.

· Demonstrated success building processes, governance models, and operating frameworks while influencing organizational change.

· Strong business and financial acumen with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
