Finastra is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to support the development of pricing analytics, pricing intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement within our Pricing organization.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity for an analytical, business-minded professional who is interested in developing expertise in pricing strategy, commercial finance, and strategic decision support. In this role, you will help translate data into actionable insights that support pricing decisions, revenue growth, margin optimization, profitability, and broader commercial strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, and other business stakeholders to support pricing models, competitive intelligence, deal governance, and pricing process improvements.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in financial analysis, business analytics, pricing, revenue analysis, commercial finance, or another analytical discipline who is eager to grow within a global fintech environment.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into discounting, price realization, deal trends, and pricing effectiveness.

  • Conduct pricing, revenue, margin, and profitability analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for pricing optimization.

  • Support annual price reviews and list price updates through data gathering, analysis, and preparation of stakeholder-ready recommendations.

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making.

  • Support the development of Pricing Intelligence capabilities by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing internal and external pricing information.

  • Analyze sources such as win/loss data, deal performance, commercial metrics, sales feedback, and market intelligence to identify pricing opportunities and competitive insights.

  • Support the evaluation and use of external market research and third-party pricing data to inform pricing recommendations.

  • Build and enhance pricing models, analytical tools, and decision-support frameworks used across Product, Finance, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Sales Operations teams.

  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to support pricing decisions for new products, services, and offerings.

  • Analyze deal structures, discounting practices, customer segments, and pricing execution to improve commercial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, Product, and Sales Operations teams to support pricing reviews and ensure alignment with pricing strategy and profitability objectives.

  • Support non-standard pricing reviews by providing analytical insights and recommendations that facilitate effective deal governance and decision-making.

  • Assist in improving pricing processes, reporting frameworks, data quality, and analytical methodologies to support the continued growth and maturity of the Pricing function.

  • Help establish repeatable pricing and analytical frameworks that improve visibility, consistency, and decision quality across the organization.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience in pricing analytics, financial analysis, commercial finance, revenue analysis, business analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.

  • Experience working with large datasets and developing reports, dashboards, models, or analytical tools to support business decisions.

  • Ability to analyze revenue, margin, profitability, pricing, and commercial performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with pricing concepts, pricing strategy, deal analysis, or commercial decision support is preferred.

  • Experience building presentations, reports, and recommendations for business stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analytical findings into clear business insights.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.

  • Experience using Excel and other analytical, reporting, or visualization tools.

  • Curiosity, business acumen, attention to detail, and a desire to develop expertise in pricing strategy and commercial analytics.
