From transforming parking into a seamless drive-in, drive-out experience for millions of Members to expanding our intelligence layer across retail and hospitality, we are building a world that feels instinctive and magical. The future isn't coming; it's here, and we need builders, innovators, and problem solvers to help us create it.

Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Marketing to serve as the marketing anchor for our highest-value National Account partners. In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategy, define audience segmentation, and build joint campaigns that grow brand relevance, adoption, and revenue across our most important real-estate portfolios. Embedded directly inside Partner Success, you will act as the connective tissue between enterprise accounts and central marketing teams-including Creative, Lifecycle, Events, and Performance Marketing-turning premium co-marketing programs into measurable location-level performance.

What you'll do
  • Design and lead end-to-end go-to-market and joint co-marketing campaigns and product launches with strategic partners
  • Own high-impact marketing launches for qualifying properties meeting financial and volume thresholds, coordinating custom member collateral and hyper-local, multi-channel visibility
  • Deploy and optimize site-level digital media programs, including Google Ads, Meta, and geofencing, in partnership with performance marketing
  • Act as the voice of the consumer, leveraging research and behavioral data to craft compelling positioning narratives
  • Manage monthly performance reporting and client-facing dashboards for SEM spend, reservation volume, and store-visit ROAS to optimize against KPIs
  • Manage partner marketing relationships to ensure tight alignment on brand guidelines, messaging, and shared business objectives
  • Drive adoption of localized loyalty, consumer rewards, and third-party reservation-marketplace integrations to lift location-level performance
  • Partner with the Creative Project Manager to prioritize design requests and adapt brand templates for localized collateral
  • Coordinate with lifecycle marketing to weave localized partner perks into member retention and engagement journeys
  • Align with event strategy on Tier 1 launch activations and networking events for major properties
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, partner/co-marketing, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience owning marketing relationships or localized growth for high-value enterprise accounts or premier real-estate portfolios
  • Strong analytical and dashboard skills with a proven ability to build data-driven performance narratives for enterprise stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across product, sales, analytics, and external partners
  • Demonstrated comfort balancing short-term execution with long-term planning in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
While not required, these are a plus:
  • Background in real estate, mobility, retail, or another location-based / multi-site marketing context
  • Hands-on experience with geofencing, location analytics, or store-visit attribution
  • Experience standing up marketing programs from scratch or inside a fast-scaling organization

4 Days in Office: Metropolis values in-person collaboration to drive innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the Member experience. Our corporate team members hold to our office-first model, which requires employees to be on-site at least four days a week, fostering organic interactions that spark creativity and connection

When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate.
