We are looking for a full-time Manager, Strategic Organizational Design who leads enterprise-wide organization design, operating model, job architecture, and transformation initiatives. This role partners with business leaders to develop organizational structures that support growth, efficiency, and strategic objectives.

LOCATION: Hybrid Chicago HQ, 8700 W Bryn Mawr Ave Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60631

TRAVEL: 25%

What You'll Do
  • Lead organization design and transformation projects across the enterprise.
  • Assess organizational structures, role design, reporting relationships, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and operating models.
  • Develop recommendations to address structural gaps, role overlap, and workforce alignment.
  • Support large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives.
  • Organization Design or Strategic Management certifications preferred.
