Job Responsibilities
  • Implementation: utilizes extensive specialized experience to provide inโ€‘depth strategic leadership in evaluating, developing and implementing sustainable business models with collaborative institutional partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Management: oversees and evaluates strategic business opportunities that fit within the overall corporate strategy.
  • Business Planning: plans and evaluates projects by determining market opportunities and monitoring/alerting CCHMC to changes or opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Project Planning: develops comprehensive business, marketing and relationship management plans; leads all facets of project development and collaborates with existing programs to ensure optimal workflow and collaboration among all internal and external team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field.
  • Preferred: Masterโ€™s Degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Location & Schedule
  • Primary Location: Burnet Campus.
  • Schedule: Full time, Day shift (United States of America).
  • Department: Pathology.
  • Employee Status: Regular FTE.
  • Weekly Hours: 40.
  • Expected Starting Pay Range: $100,526.40 - $130,686.40.
