  • Establish clear growth targets, priorities, and success metrics that align with GAI's strategic objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
Build and Leverage Strategic Relationships
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships across executive, sales, marketing, and channel leadership within assigned OEM organizations.
  • Expand partner influence and engagement across multiple levels of both organizations.
  • Position GAI as a preferred and strategic partner within each OEM ecosystem.
Drive Revenue and Pipeline Generation
  • Collaborate with GAI sales leadership and OEM field teams to identify, develop, and close partner-led opportunities.
  • Create accountability around pipeline creation, progression, and revenue attainment.
  • Maintain visibility into key opportunities and proactively remove obstacles that impede growth.
Execute Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives
  • Partner with marketing to develop and execute joint demand generation campaigns, events, and communications strategies.
  • Ensure MDF investments, marketing activities, and partner resources produce measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage all assigned OEM partnership requirements, including business reviews, certifications, training coordination, partner reporting, MDF administration and program compliance.
Represent GAI in the Market
  • Serve as the primary GAI ambassador within assigned OEM communities.
  • Attend industry events, partner conferences, and strategic meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through OEM, technology, or channel partner ecosystems.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience building business plans, scorecards, and growth strategies.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support assigned OEM relationships and partner events.
  • Federal IT market experience preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience and demonstrated performance will be considered.
