As a Commercial Insights Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that support commercial decision-making across JTI's tobacco and nicotine portfolio. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams, you will identify growth opportunities, evaluate business performance, and provide recommendations that influence key commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market, category, brand, retailer, and competitive performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support commercial strategy, pricing, portfolio, and distribution decisions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze and integrate multiple data sources to evaluate business performance.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations for key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy teams to support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategic insights, category management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex datasets.
