In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems(C4ISRS), you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actional information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. We are seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead our most critical programs and campaigns in the areas of Communications, Space, Sensing, and Mission Management. This role requires a leader who brings vision, operational discipline, strong collaboration, and a deep commitment to developing people. This role requires a leader who can balance near-term execution and program performance with long-term strategic positioning, product innovation, and market expansion. This leader will report to the Deputy Vice President, C4ISRS and lead strategic projects across the business driving optimal business performance. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative and in-person/independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite, on travel or remotely. Key Responsibilities P&L Leadership & Growth * Connect strategy, customer needs, technology, talent and investment decisions to shape the future. * Shape and execute business strategy translating market and customer priorities into actionable plans. * Lead transformation at scale, improving speed, affordability, innovation, customer outcomes. * Establish metrics-driven operating rhythms that accelerate execution and strengthen accountability. * Scale new ways of working across programs and functions. * Drive growth, identifying opportunities across customers and adjacent capabilities. Leadership & Culture * Operate with an enterprise mindset, optimizing outcomes beyond individual focus or organizational boundaries. * Build trusted relationships and influence customers, partners, and key stakeholders. * Represent the business with credibility and influence across senior internal and external stakeholders. * Lead with accountability, collaboration, innovation, and mission impact. * Mobilize cross-functional teams across the business around shared outcomes. * Develop future leaders and build critical talent depth across the organization. This role can be based in Hudson, NH; Wayne, NJ; Fort Wayne, IN; Greenlawn, NY; Manassas, VA; or San Diego, CA. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, business, or related discipline. * Proven track record driving growth and performance across complex portfolios. * Demonstrated success leading A&D programs, portfolios, and transformation. * Strong command of program execution, financial performance, customer priorities, and the A&D market. * Ability to align and mobilize cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, programs product management, and strategy. * Track record of solving complex business and program challenges and driving results through ambiguity. * Proven ability to build and influence senior customer relationships internally and externally. * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
