Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary Range: $122,548 - $135,447

Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid)

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Sr Project Manager to join the Amway North America Technology organization. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs and projects that are critical to delivering business outcomes. You will serve as a key partner across functional areas, acting as a central point of coordination and communication to ensure alignment, execution, and delivery. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders will be critical to success.

In this role you will oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to cost, quality, and business objectives. You will operate with a high level of independence, applying strong project management expertise to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and drive projects forward. You will play a key role in establishing project structure, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience identifying project risks and developing solutions to meet business objectives
