Principal Duties and Responsibilities: The Strategic Planner (Mid Level)will provide Action Officer level support to Strategic Information Operations at the CCMD level, participate in planning, prepare briefings, and facilitate approval of activities with senior DoW leadership.

Represent designated planning activities on operational planning teams, working groups, and in other planning venues. Develop and execute these plans. The Strategic Operations Planner will be responsible for coordinating planning efforts, developing strategy, and synchronizing operational execution with CCMD staff, components, external operational elements, and Interagency partners to accomplish multi-disciplinary operations to achieve and maintain strategic advantage.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide expert advice and analytical support for strategic planning, performance management and measurement, and organizational assessment efforts. • Provide strategic and operational level analysis pertaining to DoW-wide strategy, futures issues and strategic foresight, policy, doctrine, decisions, trends concepts, and studies. • Provide staff advice and guidance regarding the establishment, management, and execution-level analysis and risk management relating to operations.

• Support day-to-day office activities such as organizing and facilitating meetings and managing systems/taskers. • Analyze strategies, policies, doctrine, plans, capability gaps, and emerging trends to support decision-making related to the current and potential future threat environment. • Coordinate and integrate plans with supporting/supported interagency partners.

• Review and analyze selected publications to determine congruence with or divergence from existing policy and doctrine. • Co-coordinate, facilitate, and execute strategic and policy interface opportunities involving strategic planning, strategy management and policy integration functions, and budgeting/effective use of strategy related resources. • Provide advice on prioritization of strategy related programs At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.

Learn about our employee-centric culture and benefits https://www.colsa.com/culture_benefits/ Required Experience * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience * 3-8 years of recent military or Government OIE experience * OIE background with recent Cyber, EW or Space Operational background * Knowledge of OIE capabilities pertinent to the USCENTCOM AOR and proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive planning efforts * Previous experience working with Tactical Commands, supporting Component Command levels, or Task Forces * Ability to effectively present oral presentations, prepare assessments and other written products and represent a CCMD in interagency meetings * Superior oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels to include General Officer level * Proven abilities to utilize modernized tools that are online now; capable of adapting to the use of new tools and TTPs(AI experience) * Expert skills with Microsoft Office applications * Capable of operating within a military headquarters environment as a mid-level strategic staff member with minimal guidance * Superior interpersonal, organizational, and management skills and an expert ability to conceptualize and lead complex analytic projects. * Must have the capability to work with a level of autonomy at times and bring new ideas and creativity to the planning processes * Demonstrates highest ethical standards, and places highest priority on providing excellent customer service. * Critical thinker; willing to listen, learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Active TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: * Excellent understanding of the current geopolitical environment and U.S.
