We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Director – Strategic Growth & Partnerships to lead strategic business expansion initiatives within the IT Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing executive-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex, high-value sales engagements.

This role requires a strong consultative sales leader with a proven ability to transform customer relationships into long-term strategic partnerships while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships across enterprise accounts.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities within existing and new client organizations.
  • Drive consultative, value-based selling strategies that align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
  • Position outcome-led solutions that support portfolio company growth and transformation goals.
  • Develop and execute gain-share commercial models that align business success with measurable client outcomes.
  • Lead complex deal pursuits, commercial negotiations, and multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and business results.
  • Elevate customer relationships from preferred vendor status to trusted advisory partnerships through strategic engagement and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 15–18+ years of experience in:
    • Enterprise Sales
    • Client Partner Management
    • Strategic Account Management
    • Business Development
    • IT Services or Technology Consulting Industry
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in selling outcome-based, value-based, and gain-share commercial models.
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and C-suite relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proven ability to transform customer relationships into trusted advisory partnerships.
  • Extensive experience leading complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and large-scale strategic engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
