Job description

Job Description HR Manager Location: Lexington, NC Position Overview A high-volume manufacturing organization in the Lexington, NC area is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead human resources operations and serve as a business partner to plant leadership. This role is responsible for driving workforce strategy, managing labor cost structures, and bringing structure to a fast-paced industrial environment. Excellent communication, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR). Experience within metal fabrication, complex assembly, or heavy industrial operations.

Experience managing direct vs. indirect labor costs and broader HR financial metrics. Background supporting large hourly manufacturing workforces.
