  • You'll partner with colleagues across functions and teams, including those in Competitive Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Corporate Development, to develop insight-rich strategic assessments and/or proprietary assets
  • You'll maintain and update key annual market analyses, as well as frame and execute creative discrete market analyses, including customer, competitor, supplier, and distributor analyses
  • You'll develop rigorous statistical analyses and financial models to estimate market sizing opportunities (e.g. adjacencies, expansion)
  • You'll translate market insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, supporting strategic planning, product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion efforts
  • You'll assist in developing content and materials for Board presentations

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree required, if less than 3 years of job experience in consulting or investment banking
  • 3-5+ years experience working in a consulting or investment banking firm preferred
  • Direct experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or related roles, preferably in healthcare (ex: pharmaceuticals or medical products) or software
  • Experience distilling complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Executive facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are important
  • Ability to structure problems, create digestible frameworks, and distill complex problems into a linear narrative
  • Critical thinking, including ability to anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and ability to evolve thinking
  • Financial acumen and ability to develop market models and executive-level strategic assessments; deep familiarity with PPT and Excel is a minimum requirement
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables

What you can expect from us:
