Position Summary

While working as an Account Executive, your role serves as a key introduction for our customers through lead generation, client onboarding, and client adoption to all the opportunities Strategic Factory can provide across the many production verticals we service.

The primary responsibilities of the role includes outbound lead generation towards targeted key and large opportunity accounts, working with Business Development Representatives as a hand off to their lead generation, and then continually providing the best possible service to these new customers to grow the accounts and cross-sell them within all the Strategic Factory Verticals.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform outreach to lead generate targeted key and large opportunity accounts.
  • Identify higher value potential clients/prospects, establish one-on-one relationships with key decision makers, identify their pain/needs and do the necessary due diligence to discover opportunities available for Strategic Factory to pursue.
  • Participate in preliminary presentations/tours to these prospects.
  • Participate in meetings from the Opportunity to Quote stage onward with Business Development Representatives to hand off their new Lead Generated accounts.
  • Grow your set of key accounts (portfolio) of Strategic Factory customers, determining their needs and budgets while serving as a trusted advisor in their evaluation and selection of various offerings including, but not limited to, print, signage, promotional items, branded apparel, digital and traditional marketing services, creative services, direct mail campaigns, and trade show and event preparation.
  • Continue to educate portfolio customers on our products and services to quickly grow their sales and cross-sell across all verticals.
  • Enter accurate RFQ's for project managers to complete.
  • Follow-up on Pending estimates for customers in your portfolio.
  • Use the CRM module to manage daily activities and customer information based on defined KPIs.
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience required.

Computer Skills

  • Solid understanding of computers, data entry, internet searches, the Microsoft Office suite and email applications
  • Experience using a CRM required
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn 
  • Comfortable using typical presentation tools.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers. 
  • Ability to pass a background check 
  • Vision abilities required by this job include being able to see clearly at 20 inches or less, distinguish colors, and adjust focus 
  • Mathematical abilities required by this job include reading a ruler, calculating simple costs, and other basic mathematical skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment


Physical demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, one is frequently required to sit a desk and work on computer desktops. Additionally, one is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time. The Customer Experience Specialist is regularly required to walk, stoop, and bend over and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • While performing the duties of this job, one is regularly exposed to noise typical of an office environment such as printers, computers, and phones operating.
