The Department of Children and Families' Quality Office is seeking a mission-driven Data Analyst to support Florida's children and families through data-informed decision-making. This role is pivotal in evaluating and improving service delivery by transforming raw data into actionable insights for a wide variety of stakeholders. We value professionals who are collaborative, impact-focused, and committed to continuous learning and innovation. This is an in-office position and does not qualify for remote work. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Produce, maintain, and distribute dynamic reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and Qualtrics.
Strategic Communication & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including leadership, program staff, QA, and training-to validate data and co-design interventions.
Support survey design, development of performance metrics, and evaluation frameworks that generate meaningful, actionable insights.
Capacity Building & Innovation
Master's degree in data science, public health, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
