  • M-F 8a-5p – can be flexible; ASAP - ongoing
  • Experience with Workers Comp injuries/musculoskeletal injuries, Urgent Care, ER, and/or Occupational Health
  • IL License
  • BC/BE required; minimum 2+ years’ experience
  • Weekly Pay
  • Malpractice Paid
