Job Description
What You Will Do:
Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready-buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
Jump in where needed-whether that's light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
What We Are Looking For:
No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we'll teach you the rest
Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
