Job Description The intern will be assigned to the Data Insightings and Communications team.

Job Description:

  • As a Data Insighting and Communications Intern, he/she will process, analyze and gather actionable insights from the results of an internal org-wide survey, serving as input to Strategy.

  • These insights will be turned into reports presented to leaders and groups.

  • He/she is also encouraged to create and produce relevant Communications materials for internal use and Culture-building.


Job Requirement:

  • 3rd year / 4th year College Students enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree course in Market Research, Statistics, Data Science, Business Management, Communications, Marketing or any related field of study

Skills and Ability:

  • Analytical skills: Ability to process large amount of data and analyze them to form conclusions

  • Communication skills: Ability to express findings and recommendations clearly and effectively

  • Critical thinking: Provides insights and recommendations by looking at numbers and trends

  • Number skills: Ability to process numerical data

  • Attention to detail: Vigilant in the analysis of data to arrive at accurate conclusions
